Served as the primary technical point of contact between Serasa’s Decisioning Professional Services team and B2B clients across credit automation and portfolio management implementations. Developed and maintained low-code scripts on the PowerCurve platform and managed Java application deployments across Linux (AWS) and Windows on-premises environments — using both traditional and automated CI/CD pipelines with Ansible Semaphore. Conducted unit and end-to-end API testing with Postman, performed data analysis in SQL, and led log analysis for troubleshooting and post-mortems. Supported technical strategy definition and maintained ongoing client communication to ensure delivery excellence.
